Crazy Food

 I love to try new foods, and make up recipes.  For St. Patrick days I made green camel popcorn, it actually tasted really good. Just a hint you cannot just put in green food coloring. You also have to put in blue to lighten it up. 
 I love anything fried, and I love pickles. When we went to the gardens they had fried pickles. I had to try to make them. 
 You have to make a really thick batter. Also cut the pickles in quarts. You have to dip the pickles a few time. 
This was the first batch I made. Another hint, let them cook for a lot longer than you think. Then dip them in ranch. They do not save very well.
They were fun to make but I don't think Greg loved them. Until my next cooking adventure.
