Family together

This year Christmas was at the Amy's. We know that this is going to be one of the last years that we will be together. Kids are getting older and people want to be at there own home. My parents went all out. We all were all at my parent's for six days. Mom, Dad and McCarty were so glad that we all came, but I cannot not even imagine how hard it was for all of them. Thank you for everything. Enjoy the Family why you can.

This was Tuesday night (the first night we were all together) Mom was so happy we all made it safe. Timber should of made it there the night before but did not show up till the next morning. Ace had pulled over and slept for a few hours, they did not have cell phone to let mom know. She was about ready to jump out of her skin when they finally pulled up.

Greg and I had arrived the night before. He was going to sleep while he could. Sierra and Preston were already there. McCarty was nice enough to let us have her bed. She sleep on the floor at our feet.

McCarty was so happy to have us all there. I think that mom just wanted us out of her Kitchen. Christmas candy YUMMM!

Dad made this igloo for the kids to play in, it was definitely a hit. I even crawled in it but got stuck Thanks to Sierra and Cart I got out. Darlin and Nathan. Darlin would not crawl into it, so we just put her in from the top. She thought it was so fun to look out.

I snapped every picture I could of Darlin when she was not crying, but we still love her.

This is the craziness of decorating the tree.

Greg and Preston were wonderful helping the kids decorate the tree. They would lift them up so they could reach the top of the tree.

Nathan is getting so big. Getting this boy to smile is SO hard, snap when you can.

Blazen loves to be with people, but he also need his time. When he has had enough he will just go into the corner and hide. When he is ready to play again he comes back out. *funny story: for this summer, mom bought a big water slide. On the box there is a picture of the slide. Blazen wanted to put it up SOO bad. He would just stare at it and cry or pat it like a loving toy.

We got to be secret Santa. It was such a fun rush.

Greg, Preston, Sierra, McCary and I, went to see Christmas lights. (there is a house that plays music with the lights) On the way home someone farted and made Sierra really sick. It was so Funny and sad.

WOW! Take a good look, Greg wanted to hold Darlin all week, but she does not like men. Remember that in about 16years.

Games were going on all week long.

Here is a story. #1 - Greg and I bought some dog treats. They looked and smelled like jerky. Cart and I smelled it and knew we could get someone to eat one.

#2 - The boys were playing games. McCarty, being the actress she is, went to the boys. With her best sweet voice asking them if they want a piece of jerky. Trujillo was the only one that ate a piece. Dad figured something was up when I had a camera and McCarty was being sweet. I guess you do learn street smarts with 5 kids.

We went caroling to some of my parent's neighbors.

Everyone loves to sing. All the kids wanted to be the loudest.

Sierra was really sick Christmas Eve. Blazen laid in bed with her for about 30min and just talked to her. He ended sleeping with her and Preston one night.

Every-night we tried to have family time around the tree. It was so awesome just to be with each other. This is the first Christmas I have had with my family in 3 years.

McCarty did Denims hair for church. I don't have an after picture but it was really cute.

**I have to say sorry to Abe, I have very few pictures of him. Trying to get him to sit still for 3 sec. is well.....impossible. He is so cute but he runs a 100 miles an hour. He loved Darlin he could hold her for about 1 min before he had to run and they would come back.

**One night everyone got sick and went to bed early. I am proud to say Greg and I did not get sick. We stayed up and played games.
