This was Greg's first fathers day being a dad. Greg is a wonderful dad. He loves his baby and Denali loves his dad. Greg can put Denali to sleep way better than I can. He is so patient. Greg can also get Denali to smile most of the time. Denali love the lights of the TV so he will just sit on Greg's lap when he gets home why I make dinner. Teaching them young, (not good). Denali will also follow Greg's voice if he is talking to him.
Greg also turned the big 3 0 this year. He did not want to be reminded that he was no longer in his 20's. He wanted to do a birthday lunch. We went to La Casita with most of his family. I also made him an eclair cake. He did not want candelas, I think he was afraid the house would burn down.
For his birthday I got him a set of adjustable dumbbells. I had the box down stairs for weeks (right after Denali was born) and he never knew they were there. I am so good! He had to open it down stairs because I could not lift it.
Denali and I miss Greg when he is at work. Greg says that he misses us too. Especially on Thursdays since Denali is in bed by the time he gets home because of school. I try to send Greg a picture a day. Here are just a few. I try to got exercising every day some morning I really have to bundle Denali up because of the wind. I love when my baby is a sleep. LOVE!!!
I love this post! I did this all the time with Ryan and even have a post with all my cell phone pics. I should be better about that now. :) He is so cute I can hardly stand it!
