My Mom and Dad went on an Alaska cruise. This is something that my dad has wanted to do FOREVER!! It was really a dream come true. They sent Denali post cards. We only got one before they came home, and 2 after but that was ok with us. I gave it to Denali and he loved it, he played with it for about 20min.
It's amazing how deep this cold water is and 7/8th of the glaciers are in the water. One glacier we saw was 25 house stories high out of the water. Love Grandpa and Grandma
We have not been off the ship in 2 days. They are thousand of island. It's foggy and rainy but not as cold as we'd thought. My favorite food has been the rye rolls with sunflower seeds, hard crust. love Grandpa and Grandma.
Today we went salmon fishing 12 miles out on water. We each reeled in 2 fish. They will be cut up and sent to our house. We saw whale tails from a distance love you Grandpa and Grandma.
We have only saw one baby on this ship and one little kids about 5. The average age on this ship is 60. We are warm and dry. Grandpa came prepared for rain and cold. Grandpa fell asleep and snored so long and loud he dried out his tongue and it cracked finally slept love Grandpa and Grandma.
