For a year I have wanted to do a mud run. This year my cousin Angle invited me to join her group. I invited McCarty and she invited her sister and mother in law. IT WAS SO FUN!!! Greg was wonderful and watched Denali. Our Groups theme was Neon 80. We looked so cool!
It was a 5K and one of the best times I have ever had. Greg does not think that he ever wants to do it but I would do it again in a heart beat. I will just let the pictures talk for themselves. We started off on a tube slide. I got so excited I just used it as a belly slide. This was NOT a serious race but Shayla and Joseph thought it was. They were done about an hour before us. We took our time to really play in the mud. I was cleaning mud out of my ear for a week, but SOOO worth it. FYI those were white socks, shoes, bra and undershirt.
Tips:Run as early as you can. When we were done the line just to the start was like 3 hrs. Dress up it makes it way more fun!
