Greg got accepted to two great collage, Penn State and Indiana State Sometimes blessing are hard. We finally got to see Spencer. Spencer found out he had bone cancer the end of December, (Osteosarcoma). He has had chemo and radiation all year. He had "Rotationplasty" fancy name for; they took the cancerous part of his leg off and turned his foot backward. Denali asked to see his foot then said wow that is kind of cool. Kids are awesome and honest.  We have started to do more with Greg's dad. Their new thing is once a month go out as a family to dinner. Greg's childhood home sold, it was emotionally hard on the whole family. Twist; Rusty (Sonya's boyfriend) x-wife bought it.

My kids are so funny; Denali told me that he is going to eat his money so his wife cannot spend it. We will see how that goes.  My boys thinks tampons are guns.  One morning Colvin was asking me what they were really for. I said that when moms wants babies they bleed. He could not understand why we could not have a band-aid. He also made sure his sister had one for when she started to bleed. Azalyn had her 4ms check up: weight 13 lbs 27% Height: 25.25 85% Head 16.25 73%

We finally got our back yard done with rock. We had someone move it to the back then we spread it out. We love having couple projects. I put up the pool, the boys got for Easter, being honest Timber did most of the hard work for me.  Our ground it not level, we could only feel it up about 50%, perfect for my kids this year.

MOTHERS DAY: This year I just wanted a relaxing day with my family. I am so blessed to be a mom. I remember praying so hard for one, now I have 3. In honer of mothers day story: Colvin has a hard time going to class. I let him come with me but I make him sit and fold his arms. It takes him about 5min before he want to go to class. One Sunday, Greg took him to class. He stayed the whole time. He told me dad let me play. I guess I am the mean parent.

Colvin had a great month (see birthday post) and he finished preschool. I hope that kindergarten is better (cannot get much worse) He was over joyed to be done. Timber just happen to be here adding another layer of happy. Colvin got a cupcake, colored for 5 min and was pulling me out the door. He would not even stop to take a picture with his teachers. Denali loved school, I have added just a few school samples, and beginning and end of year pictures.

I had to make a trip to see Zara. The first thing the boys told there dad on arriving home was, "we went on Sierra 4-wheeler and broke all the rules, 1. we had more than two people on and went on the road" everyone needs a little rebel.  If there is a will there is a way, Sierra and I stuffed a power wheel 4-wheeler in my van. (Preston had to fix it when he came down)  Hanging out with cousins is so much fun, and exhausting. All my kids slept most of the way home.  About a week later Sierra came to drop off her kids. Having 6 kids was not too bad. Katana and Denali are great help. One morning Azalyn sleep in (she woke up early then went right back to bed) I did the same. Katana and Denali got everyone cereal. It was kind of cold but they still want to go to the splash pad, the funnest part was everyone, but me and Azalyn, played in the water for 5 min. We meet up with Timber in Fillmore. We went to the sand dunes. Her older kids were not there, it was not as fun to dig their own wholes. We ended the day at the hot pots, highlight. Azalyn did not nap, too much to see, she loved the hot water. Timber took all 6 kids home. Cousin time is the best. I came home and cleaned for our next round of craziness.

*soapbox: Timber sent me the BEST post cast. I had to listen to it a few time. The main point is: you can either use your energy to be mad or love them (talking about your spouse). Do it yourself if you want it done. Example; your husband does not bring you flowers for Valentines Day, you can be mad or make out with him and go buy your own flowers. LIFE CHANGING!
