Zoo and Family

Dad, Mom and McCarty come down to meet up with Timber and to see Greg and I. We decided to go to the Zoo. It was really hot, but the kids did a wonderful job. They loved to see all the animals.

Timber is so cute. She had her kids all matching. Denim is a wonderful big sister.

This is McCarty being a "big cat" If you look really close in the background you can see the tigers.

Blazen loved to be with Grandpa. I think that they were looking at monkeys.

Timber even matched with her kids.

This was my favorite part of the zoo. The giraffes, we are two stories high.

This is how most of the day went. Greg with the baby, she loves him. Mom with one of the kids. Blazen liked being in the stroller.

We love Darlin

We love our baby McCarty.

This was a scale to show us how much we weigh compared to elephants. We got to "how much elephants can lift with their trunks.

This was a femur of an elephant.

Wow, this would be a big chicken leg.

I was kissing a gorilla. Dad went into the gorilla house and the gorilla hit the glass he did not like dad.

Blazen did this all by himself. He wanted to be "tull" (cool)

Greg really did wheel the food around most of the day. I am so glad we had that.

This lizard was playing with Blazen though the glass. Blazen would move his finger and the lizard would move. Blazen was mad that I mad him leave.

Darlin was a really good baby all day long. We keep her naked and put a wet rag on her most of the day. I wish I could get away with that.

I had invited my cousin over to eat with us. Abby, Denim and Blazed playing outside.

My wonderful family. I really do need to get with them more. Jule and Andy was out our house before we were. (We got back late from the Zoo) Jule was kind enough to start the potatoes. I felt so bad.

Sunday morning, Blazen did his own hair.

Sunday: Denim got dressed all by herself. She is getting so big.

Blazen and Denim were playing with Grandpa. I don't know who had more fun dad or the kids.

McCarty loved being with the kids.

Darlin it getting so big. I think that she is all McPhaul.

The kids in the bathtub. I think that Blazen gets sick of all the pictures so he will not look at a camera.

**They were so many cute stores. I loved having a crazy house.
We went to the zoo so that Denim and Blazen could see a bear. Would you know it the Zoo is redoing their Polar Bear exhibit and there were no bears in the whole zoo. It was OK we keep them looking at other animals.

**I did take mom to do my bountiful baskets. She thought it was really cool.

**We also picked names for Christmas. Here is the list:

**In bed on Saturday night Greg was so proud of himself. He said I did so good I took turns with Darlin. I tried really hard not to monopolize her. The first time that we went to my parents and Timber and Darlin were there everyone laughed at Greg because one night he would not share Darlin. I told him that it was really OK. On Sunday Greg made sure that he got all the time he wanted. He wants us to have twins so that we don't have to share.

**On Saturday night I put Blazen and Denim in the tub. They wanted me to tell them a story Timber is a really good story teller so I did not know how I was going to compete. However, they tell you what kind of story then want and the names of characters it is not as hard as I thought it would be. Them really enjoyed my stories. I guess I am better at story telling then I thought.

**Right before Timber left we gave the kids a bath and put them in their PJ's. I told Denim if she was good and let me comb her hair that I would give her a treat. After dong about half her hair she said, "Aunt Syringa you stink, but you can give me the candy any way. I had to look down at how I was doing her hair. Her poor little face was in my armpit. I guess I smelled womanly.
