Greg and I took a weekend trip down to St. George to see my parents and McCarty.
Can you fell the love tonight?

McCarty was so happy not to be an only child for the weekend.

I put on my mom's new boots on to help her brake them in. They got stuck on my feet. McCarty was the sucker that had to help me get them off.

I Love having sisters. They are so fun.
Dad has always wants us to ride in the
Toquerville parade. We always out voted him, however this year some how he won. This is us getting ready.

McCarty really did not want to ride. We like hiding behind the gates. Greg just went with the flow.

Turn your head and you can see the truck and trailer

Dad Cart and Greg went to
Toquerville to line up. Mom took me to her bountiful basket pickup. It was at a fire station. We were the first person to pickup our basket. I cannot wait to show mom what my pickup is like.

I love doing bountiful baskets. You get six different kinds of fruits and six different kinds vegetables. It is so nice to have healthy snacks.

This is up getting ready. We match.

Dad was having fun. This was a dream come true to him. Dad we were so glad that we could help your dream come true.

Mom and Dad having a "happy marriage"
Dad was checking the time. The line up for the parade was 9:00 at this time it was maybe 8:45 but then take in Mormon standard time and we are talking 8:30 at the latest.

We do look sharp. from left to right.
Syringa (me) Greg, McCarty, Brother Ellison, Mom and Dad.

Mom glad that we are all done.

After the parade there was a breakfast at the park. Cart and I smiled for the camera.

Breakfast at the park.

We got an Award. We went down the parade in a line of two. Then every once in a while, we would circle to the back.

Trujillo and Charlotte also had a parade. Charlotte make this dress for
Ralayna.

Abraham was the cowboy.

Nathan was farmer Joe.

Charlotte was so cute

Dad was very inspired. Abe was going to ride paint all by himself. Charlotte was just going to lead him, and walk with
Ralayna. Dad had Cart ride with Abe it was a good thing.

Abe did a really good job.

How cute mother and Daughter.

The parade started about 1/2 of a mile farther up then what Trujillo thought. He had some friends pull the hand cart up the starting point.

While waiting for the parade Mom kissed this kids. If you can not see his shirt it said "kiss me I've been to Ireland." He was a really good sport they had to pose for about 3 min., because my camera was dieing.

This is at the end of the parade. I did not get any pictures during because my camera died.

I love Nathan. He had the best seat in the house.

Greg and Dad had to go to a rodeo. The girls went swimming.

It was more wading because the water was so cold.

My mom was about pictured out at this point.

Duke really does not like the water.

I think I should submit this to American Funniest Home
VideoThis was Cart. She said that her hair had the ugly duckling syndrome.

Wow I guess it did.

She is growing up to be gorgeous !
Applications can now be submitted for dating McCarty.

This picture was showing that I was taller than McCarty.

See why? I was felling really cool till Cart make this statement "no matter how tall your heels are you can never be as tall as Greg" I will prove her wrong.
Anyone have 12inch heels.
Haha I love it! You are so good at blogging. I love how you make it like a story. Duke was so funny in the water. I can't believe the bountiful baskets there! Wow! Volunteering should be a sinch!
ReplyDeleteBountiful Baskets is busier in LaVerkin. Not so much now that the pick up for the one at the park is 7am! I haven't been to the other one in a while, they are usually pretty packed. I will let you know this Saturday! =) I can't believe you came and didn't call me! Shows what a good friend you are... not that I have much room to speak... ;)
