One Year ago the lord blessing me with my fire child. There have been late nights and early morning. Poop and lots of tears. BUT there has been tons of smiles a million kisses, joy, laughter and my heart has grown 1000 times bigger. This has been the best year of my life and I cannot wait for more. Time flies when you are having fun.
Aunt Sonya let Denali have a birthday party with her two oldest. Denali had a rough time at the party. First lots of people and Denali just don't mix. Then he choked and thew up a piece of chicken, (the thew up was a blessing Greg was about to do the heimlich maneuver, my finger was long enough to gage him). He did get some fun toys and books so the night ended on a good note.
What is a party without a mom smiling the I am going to die smile. Grandma in the kitchen and kids running around Crazy. Sid we got makeup, I am not too sure how her mom felt about that one. For Calvin we got him a Jazz basketball. Greg was going to take him to a jazz game but the season was almost over and they did not make it to the playoffs.
On Denali's actually birthday we went down to my parents. It was more a vacation for mom and dad but it all worked. I made a new cupcake recipe that was really good. Chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes. (hold my spot on cupcake wars). Denali got is name sweater from Grandma.
