Christmas

Another sad, sad consequence of losing my camera. I lost 99% of our Christmas pictures. 

I love doing a lot of things for Christmas I think that it is a fun busy time. This year we had 2 Christmas parties on the same day. First there was the Proctor Christmas party at Sonya's house. Santa came and Denali really did not mind him. He got the opening presents thing but he did not really care for the presents. Then there was the Nef cousin Christmas party at our house. There was not a huge turn out but it was still fun. We were going to take Julie and her kids with us to see the lights at Spanish Fork but when we got to the line it was a 30+min wait. They just decided to take their kids home. Later on we did take Denali to the lights. He loved looking out of the sun roof, but his favorite part, he rolled down the window and let him freeze his head off. HE LOVE IT, he was so sad when he made him roll it up. We were going to go to Temple Square and see the lights but with travel and eating that did not happen. (cute side story: we went to the cheese cake factory, when they brought us our food Denali folded his arms and would not eat till we said prayers.)

Our family Christmas was really good, the only bad thing was Denali woke up at 1 and the only way to get him to go back to sleep was to put him in bed with us. About 2:30 Greg and I got back to sleep. Yes, we were a little tired.  First Christmas Eve we had some friends over so I could make Chicken Cordon Blu. It was really fun, Denali is starting to love kids. Denali got the lets rip this paper off really fast but he did not want to keep doing it. He wanted to play with his toys. It took us a while to get all the presents done but that was ok with us. Denali got a vacuum that he loved. Greg got a laptop, and my big surprise was a bosch mixer.
