Preston and Sierra were nice, crazy, enough to have all the family for a week over Thanksgiving. Poor little Katana she was so exited to have cousins to play with, but she was not really ready for them to take all her stuff. They played with her toys, sleep in her bed and tried to hold her brother. She is very protective of him and knew that was her mommies baby. She can drag him out of his swing and carry him to her mom. Grandma almost had a heart attack.
Denali loved to hold the babies. Axel was a little more fun because he had more too him. There were a few times that Denali just wanted mommy and that was ok. He is going to be a really good big brother. He was always trying to stuff the binkie in Axel's mouth.
I don't think there was a night we got to bed before 11 or 12, and Denali did not get to bed before 9. He slept most of the way home. Denali also decided that he needed to sleep with mom and dad. The first night was not bad, I just pushed him to the edge of the sleeping bag and he was fine. The other nights not so much he wanted to snuggle right next to mom.
Everyone had to commit on Denali's hair. I loved his hair, it was curly. When I was outside playing cornhole Preston decided to take matters into his own hand. I have to admit that he did a really good job.
*Brenden parents brought down a cannon that they made that shoots bowling balls. It was really cool to see how far the balls could go.*Trujillo, Ace and Brenden had a football game with the kids. It is going to be fun to watch that some game in about 10 years when all the boys want to play tackle.
*One night Greg and I got to go on a date. My family watched Denali. They kind of teased us because we were only gone about 45 mins. However, I did found the best quote ever.
"A Good mom has, finger prints on her winders, sticky floors and toys on the floor"
*The shinning star of the whole week, ALL THE FOOD! We never stopped eating.
