4th of July

This year the 4th of July was tons of fun. Greg was bound and determined that he was going to see fire works no matter what. (We have not been to a fireworks show for 2 years). Sierra, Preston, the kids, and also McCarty and Brenden came to celebrate with us. In the morning we went down to the river path by the park. First Brenden striped down to his Gs. The water is all shaded and snow run off so it is sooo cold. Denali was not the biggest fan. Then we went to a deeper part and I jumped in and swam. I kind of screamed when I jumped and freaked Denali out. Greg and I took the boys home early. Then after nap we went bowling. It was fun, but sooo hot. We ended up doing 2 games, almost too much.  Danielle and Markus meet us at BYU. We just had a fun time eating and hanging out. Sierra, Cart and I rolled down the big hill. When we got the sparklers out Denali was not so sure about them. He warmed up fast. He loved the fire works, he would clap every time one went off. He did end up falling asleep on his dad about half way through. We did not get home till 12 but it was worth it. SOOO FUN!!!! 

(Side note; the boys are not patriotic but they match and I thought it was so cute) 

*McCarty has discovered that she has a curse. No matter were she is, if she is on a trip there will be at lease one time that she goes to the bathroom and there will be no TP. Most of the time it is in a public restroom. This trip was no exception she went to the bathroom in the bowling alleys and no TP the blessing I walked in right as she discovered this and was able to hand her some. (she had text Brenden more then once to come and save her)
