Greg had a long weekend so he surprised me with asking if I wanted to go to my Parents. YES please always. We asked Sierra if she wanted to come along so Denali would have a friend. YES please! Greg also got a new DSL Camera from perk points from work. It is the first time that he has got something for himself. (It is for Christmas but he needed to know how to use it so on Christmas he can take good pictures). Our trip started off with a bang. Here are some highlights. Colvin got his first teeth the day before we left, not a happy baby. I picked Greg up from work. Both kids woke up not feeling great so I only had an hour to pack while they took a nap. As soon as they got up we left, VERY crazy day. We just went to McCary's that night. McCarty was sooo happy to have us, she had dinner ready, made bangles and kefer. (Kefer is really good for you but it taste really bad.) Denali just wanted to go home all night, he slept with us. Greg was ready to go home. However, we went forward good choice. We went to mom's work first so she could leave on time. We were there for about an hour. The saving grace was they have a really nice library right across from the office. Then at mom's we just played. Does Denali not look so big with his shirt and phone. At church mom's lesson was for me. She said that we all will go to the Doctor at some point on our life for our physical health, the same thing with our mental health. At some point we are going to have an issue. I need to really think how to get help. Then in Dad's class ,Axel threw up in front of everyone barely missed 2 girls. Denali loved ruff housing with my dad. I remember loving that as a kid too. Dad make a barn for birthing cows this summer. He was starting on it last time we were there so it was cool to get to see it finished. Definitely bitter sweet to leave I needed that pick me up.
*This is about a 10th of the pictures Greg Took.
On the way home Greg had an interview in Salt Lake so the boys and I rode the train. Denali thought it was the coolest thing ever. I learned a very important lesson DON'T JUDGE! There was this guy that I was kind of scary looking at the nicest guy. I was going to give up his seat for me (I had Colvin in the mobie so it was easier to stand). He said that Denali could sit by him and helped us get off. I just had Greg's hoodie over Colvin and me. There one person that did a double take seeing that there were two heads in the hoodie. He wanted Dad to come on the train with us when he was done. Greg was more than happy to come. Funny thing he was mad the first time we got off because he could not find the dinosaurs (he loves dinosaur train).
