Sonya hosted the Christmas party. I
finally got to see Greg’s Great nephew, Trevyn. He is so tiny and still has a trach
(he will have that until he’s 3) He is the happiest baby and loves everyone. We
also got to meet, Hutson, Talon’s girlfriend’s little boy. It was so fun
to have all the little kids around. Santa came, Denali loved him and asked for
the same things. Colvin did not mind him but he really just wanted the candy
that he was handing out. They made all the kids sit on Santa's lap, it was fun
to see the older kids. The best part of the party for Denali was the presents.
Christmas Eve, Syringa got to relax. I got
to have fun with my family too. Therefore we went to KFC for dinner. Read
stories around the tree, watch a movie and went to bed. The next morning Denali
sleep in so Colvin and I just played downstairs. Then it was present time!
Denali got a train set from Santa he set it up right away. (We put the tree in
our room and that was cool the whole moth of December but we needed more room
when it came to presents and toys.) Colvin got a tent, he only wanted to play
after that. We had to drag him out every time to open a present. Finally we
decided it was easier to let Denali open ALL the presents. Everyone was happy,
Colvin got to play and Denali got to open the presents. The rest of Christmas
was a free for all. We went to Sonya's
after naps. We just played games and hates tons of food. It is a nice brake
from all the scheduling but New Year new schedule.
Mom and Dad came the day after Christmas
to see the kids so fun!!
For Christmas the boys got Train church
outfits. On the rack they were not super cute but they were trains so I had to
get them. On they are Adorable so I had to do a photo shoot. Denali will not
smile in a pictures little stink.
Being a mom is the best thing that has
ever happen to me and I love my little mans more than any anything. There are
days that I want to run but then I look at their sweet faces. I am so BLESSED!
