The end of the
craziness, but we ran till we dropped.
My family is so awesome
they make me smile every day. Sunday nights, Greg makes the boys clean. It helps
me so much Monday morning. Azalyn is getting so big; she started to crawl, the
best way to have her crawl to you is enticing her with a remote. One morning I could
not find her on the monitor. When I went in her room she was just on the floor.
Not crying but wanting to be pick up. Felt so bad. She has never been a
huge snuggle baby. The best way to put her to bed. Bottle kiss lay down, no Snuggles,
breaks my heart. She has a little pink doll that she likes to snuggle, I
wanted to get her another one. Took me a day or two to find but found them for
$10 on Amazon, bought 3. With crawling, stairs was the next thing to master. Up she has but coming
down is still a struggle. She wants to go fast. Colvin is my little shadow and is hilarious; we
were heading to Costco and I told him we would get pizza for lunch. He ran and
put pepperoni in a bag. I asked him what that was for. He said for pizza, I
told him he could just get pepperoni pizza. He informed me that he does not
like pepperoni pizza he only likes cheese with pepperoni on it, ok! He asked
me if I had a job like dad. I told him that I used to but now my job was to
keep him a life. Then I asked how am I doing. He looked at me and stone faced says, "not good" Humble pie! Good thing I got some new shirts
and a dress from Sierra. SO CUTE! Sometimes... One night the boys were in our room (they are in our room most nights)
when we went to move them there was a shine over everything. Colvin had spread
a whole jar of Vaseline over everything. He got to help clean the next
morning. Denali has really wanted to do a one on one date night. I found a cafe that is a game (board games) cafe. The food was good, but the games
were the best. We were there for 2+ hrs. I was able to help out with
Denali's reading carnival. What a production. There
was a little girl that asked me about Colvin's, (she asked, are you the mom
of the little boy that was in my class but now went home) yes, she said tell
him HI!
To start off the
Christmas Holiday we went to Frozen II. The movie was better than expected. All
the kids did really good. We got a new game. Bean Boozled, basically there
are good and bad jellybeans, (sour milk or cotton candy, egg or popcorn). They look
the same. You pick one not knowing if you are going to throw up or be ok. We
laughed at each other till we cried. I took the kids swimming and miss LOVED the water. She loved that she could
hold on to the side and walk. We left after 2 hrs. with purple lips and a
smile on her face. I took the boys sledding. There was not a ton of snow
but enough. Denali hit a jump and flipped. Colvin made sure he avoids the jump.
Greg took us to a new
curry place I am writing this so I will remember. Really good, right next
to the Lehi fun center
Greg and I got called to
the primary. It is a calling that we can handle with his calling. Only a 20 min
class is kind of hard, you have to really condense. We found a multiplayer
x-box one game. (there are not many of them) "Loves in a Dangerous Space Time". Despite
the name it is a really fun family game. The end of the year was crash. We just watched old Disney
movies. Love sharing those memories with my kids. Mic drop!
