We are so lucky to
have Greg in our life. I asked Greg what he wanted for his birthday, and he
said just to spend the day with the family. He wanted eclair cake. The
kids and I had a fun time making it together. I got him a few bottles of Colone
(he wanted Very Sexy), but they discontinued the smell. I found a company that
makes knock offs. It was close but not 100%. He still smells good
to me. The kids had a great time playing video games with him. One year older and wiser too!
This year Father’s Day and His Birthday were on the same day. I was so excited for his Father’s Day presents. The boys both got him a shirt. Colvin got him a bluey dance mode shirt, Denali got him a Star Wars shirt, it says “I am their father” with the kids names on it. The kids kept asking him to go into dance mode.
Then we made him picture
frames (the kids colored the frames) I then put a picture of him holding each
kid as a baby. Then I got a big Simon
Dewy picture of the Savior holding a baby.
Around that picture we put all Greg's names, “Snuggley, superman, handsome
ext.”
Greg's biggest strength
as a dad: patients. Every night he sings
to the kids (old McDonald or twinkle twinkle).
When he gets mad at them, he then will talk to them for as long as it
takes to have everyone happy again. He
is a Great DAD!
