Sick

When Denali gets sick he does not get a cold or the flu he get sores. He get really bad cold sores on the side of his lip. We have figured out how to take care of that. However, the last time his man part got red almost purple and he had a fever. Because of the fever we had to take him to the doctors. The doctor wanted to see if we could get his fever to spike (so hold off on the meds) but if we did that his man part would hurt so bad he would just scream. We never held out enough for the spike. They had to take a urine sample. WORST thing ever. I know that I cried longer since I cried the whole way home. He still likes to snuggle. The only funny thing about Denali and meds is they mess up his sleep. Ya, he will get to sleep just fine but he either wakes up in the middle of the night and cannot go back to sleep. Has to sleep with mom and dad for a few hours. OR he will wake up really early and cannot go back to sleep. Parenthood is a joy!!
