Sibling Play

I want my kids to be best friends. The way to do that is start young. Denali loves being a big brother and wants to be a big helper. Denali is in the shopping cart trying to make Colvin smile and smiling how Colvin smiles. He tells his dad, "dad oooo (that is Colvin) and then opens his mouth with his lips covering his teeth. Costco is the best shopping since they can get next to each other (among other reasons). Denali loves taking pictures because he loves to look at pictures. He always make sure that Colvin is by him when he takes the pictures. The picture thing could be because I took so many pictures of them together that he knew I would take a picture if they are together. Either way I love it. 

Denali does not like when Colvin cry's. At nap time when Colvin cries it out, (for 2min) Denali has a hard time with it. I cannot turn on the baby monitor. The moment his starts to fuss waking up Denali is heading up the stairs, if I am not right be hind him he is yelling MOM! He will sing or read books to him. BEST thing ever to watch him take care of his brother. When I say," Denali go be by Colvin so he does not cry," Denali  will go and play by Colvin. He gets mad sometimes when Colvin will not play with him.

*Now that our church starts at one I took the boys to two different 9:00 church. NOPE that sucks too. The first was with Marcus. It was nice because Danielle took Colvin most of it but it was hard because I did not have Greg to help control Denali. Then I went to Sonya's church. NOPE with both boys it was a circus. However, Denali did wonderful in both Nurseries. Church is just hard on your own.
*Talking about nap. One Sunday Greg had left and Denali was not going to take a nap so we went to Sonya's house. About 7:00 something happen and Denali had a melt down. Cory and Talon helped me out. Being on your own sucks.
**I HAVE TO ADMIRE ALL MOMS THAT DO IT ON THEIR OWN ALL THE TIME. YOU ARE BETTER THAN I WILL EVER BE!!!
