Water Fun

I got this little pool for Denali this summer. He will get in some times, but his favorite thing to do is just dump water all over. He is not a huge fan of the bright sun (he gets that from his dad), so in the morning or later after noon he plays with it the most. He also loves over cast days but they the day is colder and playing is cold water is not a ton of fun. He will dip his head in the water. He thinks it is funny to get his hair wet.

I watched the kids one day so Sonya could start cleaning and pack. The boys did not have pants the whole time. SO CUTE!!
When Denali drinks out of the pool I say GROSS but I had to get one picture. He likes the bumbo more than Colvin does most of the time.
Me and some of my Cousin got together and went to the Springvill Splash pad. The river was fun but Denali loved just touching the fountain. Greg was wonderful as usually and followed him.
*The following week I tried to take the boys to the reservoir and it was a total bust. 15 to get them and all the junk in the van. 5min there and 15 home. It was windy and kind of cold (not too bad) Denali did not like the sand on in his shoes or on his feet. I want to take him again on a day that it sunny.
Denali's favorite thing on the pad in the stairs. I just let him run and watch him from a far. Greg is way more protective them me and will follow him. I just love watching Greg be a wonderful day. I am so lucky.

 *Greg and I told Denali too the pool. He loved the lazy river. He also went down the little slid all by himself. It is crazy to me how just going to the pool 3 times this year has totally build his confidence. If you want water kids you have to take them to the pool. Then after the pool we went and ate pizza at the Payson temple. It was so awesome to talk about the temple to Denali. Those are the memories that you remember.
*Denali loves right before and right after it rains because it is overcast. (He needs to live in Seattle).  We went on a walk and there were snails. I don't think I have even really seen a snail. It was sooo cool. (until you stepped on one worst sound ever). Denali loved to watch them but he did not like to hold them.
