Being a Family is fun to do

We just love hanging out as a family. We not only want quality time be we also want quantity family  time. Everything we do makes memories. Macey's had their case lot sale. We took two carts and each had a kid. Worked out perfect till Denali wanted down to "help" mom and Greg took off to look at meat "I will be fast" what his parting words. Long story short, Denali started screaming so Colvin started screaming. When I got to the meat Greg was getting advice about meat. I shot him daggers, he knew he was in trouble since Denali was screaming. Fun times! 

We went to the park for family night. Denali had fun just sliding till we started to swing. I love to swing. I did "spider" with Denali. Then he wanted to be big and push me with Daddy. Colvin was just content to watch.

 

Can you believe that just 4 month ago are family went from 3 to 4 and crazy joy. This is my favorite age. They are still a baby but they are getting a little personality. Colvin wants to be in the middle of everything. It makes him so mad when he is left out AKA put down. If he could walk now he would be happy. He just wants to move and move. He loves sucking on fingers, he is starting to eat rice cereal. He loves being with is brother. Whenever he sees Denali he lights up, (until Denali jumps on him). He is really ticklish, and undressing and dressing him is so fun his he just laughs and laughs.

My boys are so good together. They are going to fight like wild cats and love each other just as much.

 

 

 

 Denali has decided that he likes water colors. Everyday he paints someone a pictures. It amazes me how much he remembers. My dad hit his head on a horse and got 12 stitches. We got to skype him and see his fat lip. When Denali woke up the next morning the first thing he said was, "Papa (grandpa) ouch and then pointed to his mouth".  He had to paint papa a picture and keep asking to see papa ouch so we skyped him again. During skype Denali said, "papa sorry", so cute. He likes to crawl in tight spaces,he got into the dryer all by himself. I made him get out all by himself, he was not a fan of that. (Please note the band aid in 90% of his photos, that is the reward for brushing his teeth. Everyday it is in a new spot.) He was being cool in the pool.  I have to brag about my husband. He hates heights but for work they went to repelling. (I know best job ever) he was scared to go. One of his friends from work was the guy with all the gear. Greg went down twice. I was so proud of him . Next time I better get to go ;).  One more brag; Greg is done with is bachelors degree. He is deciding what his next step is. I am so proud of him for keeping with it.

 

 *We have been trying to have Family Home Evening. I figured out how to make, "the cookie" it is just chocolate chip cookie dough in a pie plate you eat it hot with ice cream SOO good. Denali did  a lesson about love. Watching him grow is fun. Denali's favorite part about FHE is playing hide and seek. He does not get the being quite part but he get so excited when he can hear the other person coming. He just love being scared.
* I asked Greg one night how I can show him love he, He said just watch a movie with me and sunggle. LOVE IT!
*I went to the eye doctor because my eyes had been hurting and I needed a new RX. The doctor said everything was fine with my eyes. Put in my contacts (new contacts) my eyes looked like two apples and hurt. Ya, I am almost 100% sure I had pink eye and the doctor said I was fine. Good thing we still had Denali's RX.
