JULY

Of Course we have to start up with baby update. The heat KILLS me, I will be out for 5 min and have NO energy. My kids are loving all the free, free time because mom does not have the energy to do anything.  They know that when I take a nap if they are quite I will sleep for a lot longer than intended, they know how to work the system. One thing I cannot get enough of is Yellow Curry!! I discovered how to make it and can eat it every day. Greg is hoping it is just a faze.
Denali loves the fire works Colvin is getting there. Our hood was doing fireworks, Greg put Colvin to bed and Denali got to stay up and watch fireworks with me. Oh did he think he was big. We did some fireworks on the 4th, did not do all our fireworks Greg work schedule puts a damper on staying up late. However we did let the boys "help" us light the fireworks. They were both so cute and big.
Ok the 4th, Fat Cats was so busy that we went to a different place. Then BYU did not think about all the people watching fireworks and locked all the bathrooms. I just let my kids pee on a tree.
Ok Time out: They say write down your dreams. My dream is to have a Rainbow Vacuum someday. First I love seeing how dirty things were and how clean they are now. Also, I see us always having inside pets and the Rainbow would help with allergies.
The kids have not stopped talking about Hiking the Y. We took them to the Grotto, they loved it but the water was not falling very fast and it was a colder day. There is a lot of clean up that something needs to do the river does not even really run because of all the falling debris.
This summer has been really hard for me not being able to do anything and really hard for the kids not being able to do as much. I try to do one thing with them every day. Most of the time it is the Fun center since they can play and I can sit. However, we have also been trying out new rec. center. We went to AF, they only have an outside pool. It was fun but the best part was they had a slide the boys could do on their own and we could watch them the whole time.  We sat and watched them for about an hour. Provo cannot be beat and in the summer they are over the top the best.
We love making memories. Anytime the Drive-In has a family movie we go. Incredible II was playing, the boys actually went and played with other kids. They were playing tag.
Greg and I finally got to go on our anniversary trip. Timber took the boys. We went to the anniversary Inn. We had two rooms King Arthur (first night) and Caribbean Paradise (2nd night). We went to two movies Oceans 8  and Jurassic World II, both were ok it was a good thing they were free. I was able to finish Downton Abby it was a good finish. My favorite part about the rooms is the big bath tub. The other great thing about the rooms is how cold we could make them, Ice ICE BABY!  We really did not do a whole lot and it was wonderful. Kind of a sad thing is on our way up to Logan I had to get blood draw, then I did not listen to Greg and did not eat for an hour or two. By the time I did eat oh was I sick. YA I was sick the whole first day in Logan.
The kids had so much fun at Timbers. The high light was getting to ride horses (sorry could not find my pictures) On our way home we stopped at Smith and Edwards. I forgot how fun it was just to walk around that place with NO kids.
We actually brought Darlin home.  We brought out all the stops. We took her to Nickel Mania, we won a ton of tickets and were given a ton of tickets. We had to go to the fun center, laser Tag it is always fun. Colvin lasts about half the time. We went to a new reservoir in AF it was really small but the kids loved it. I forgot their swim suits but that did not stop them. Darlin was so much fun but the girl drama I kind of started praying for a boy. She slept on our floor with the boys she had a hard time going to sleep at night.
I took Darlin home and we played at Timbers for the 24th. It rained so there was not a lot to do outside but cousin are fun no matter what. Darlin was very excited to be home. Then did have a huge multi-stake celebration at night. There was TONS to do and TONS of people. We left about 8. I thought about staying the night so glad I came home. Denali was very sick that night, way too many snow cones, and cupcakes.

 STORIES:
*As a Self-reliance class we went to the temple (end up just being the two of us again) Greg and I got to be the witness couple. I totally understand how people pass out. It was the first time the temple felt almost hot.
*We were going through the new home in the hood, the boys decided then need a new home.
* The end of the July was the end of our Self Reliance class. To Celebrate I went to Idaho with Timber. All 8 of us in her truck.  Poor Blazen had to sit up front  and I froze him. We got to Sierra's about 1 AM.  Timber had taken all the kids to 7 peaks for the end of the season.
