Ok, disclaimer still sick and have 0 energy. School is kicking my butt with all the running around. Be grateful for the pictures you have.
Greg finally got his riding lawn mower. To say ALL my boys are in love would be an understatement. The boys love to drive with dad (we have to set a timer) Greg just loves how fast it is. It cuts his time in half or less. I have fond memories of our riding lawn mower so I am so glad to get to pass that on.
Sonya came (the Proctors) are trying to get together more. The boys were over joyed to play. Sometime I have to remind them to play with Colvin but for the most part they are really good. We had a Sunday get together and everyone came. It was nice having the back yard were people could go. Then we went to Tana's house to play games. The boys were so good, we all had a good time.
The boys have wanted to earn Melta Beads (pearl beads) I told them they were going to have to earn them. They had to clean (organize) the whole down stairs. It took them about a week but they did a great job. (It took them a week because they did about 10 things a night) They have LOVED the beads, Colvin had a harder time but he is getting better all the time. They have also been really good with keeping them in the jar. I have been very impressed. Best part if they eat them it is ok.
DENALI is now magnet FREE!! I almost cried when the x-ray came up with nothing. I took the boys out for Breakfast to celebrate. Funny story about that; During primary is whole prayer was, "please let me poop my magnets" the faith of a child if only we were all that sincere.
Colvin started school, I was really scared for this year and was ready to pull him out if it was a fight but surprise surprise he LOVES it. I think it really helps that it is a very small class, and it is after lunch so we are not rushed in the morning. The only downside; one more thing for mom to do and remember. Talking about things we forget,I forgot Denali on an early out Monday. His principal was so cool, he stayed out by the cross walk and talk to him till I got there. He also did not let him leave with a person I knew but Denali did not. I love knowing my kids are watched over. Denali has wanted to walk home a few time. I feel bad for Colvin since he has to walk double. We did meet Denali half way once, that is better for Colvin. I want to do it next year more when mom is up for it.
We love making memories with our kids. We went to the new Winnie Pooh, Christopher Robin. The boys did not love the movie but they loved being with us. That movie really hit home with Greg and I. It was about discovering what was most important. The other memory the boys tried to make, was sleeping on their own downstairs. They had there beds made as soon as they got home from school. They lasted till about 10 (no Greg and I were not asleep.)
I have been tiring to give my kids more space. At the end of our neighborhood they are digging holes for new homes. There are huge mounts of dirt. I dropped the kids off and let them play and walk home on their own. Yes I was watching the clock the whole time but I did not go and check on them. Greg was really proud of me because he knows what a big deal it was.
BIG NEWS: We found out we are having a GIRL!! Tana came to the ultrasound with us. I did not get it at first. The doctor was showing us her legs then he said hip hip and what is it missing. I was scared and said WHAT! They he drew a boys part OH! The boys were so excited. We had them pop balloons with pink gum balls (see video if on the blog). They each had to pop about 5 balloons (we skped my family and Greg's) they were just as excited the first time as they were the 5th. Miracle Trujillo just happen to stop by so he got to see the very first pop. The doctor said I could not get on the schedule till after the ultrasound, so the next day at my appointment I tentatively got on the schedule for Jan 16th. We have gotten a lot of things done, we had go to AF shopping one day and got most of the big things. She does not move a ton but she pushes, Greg finally got to feel her one night. It makes it so much more real for him.
Reason we had to go shopping was fires, there are 2 really big fires very close to us. The smoke makes me SICK SICK! Looking back on the month I should of loaded up the kids and went to Mom and Sierra's for a day or two but I did not have the energy.
There is a new coin place that opened, we had to go check out the grand opening of Coin Crazy! It was fun but with just me..... That boys did make bank. They cannot wait to take their dad. HA HA
We did make one final run to Sierra's, we hit a few birds with the trip. It was her first doctor appointment and she really wanted someone to go with her but did not know how to ask. Also it was the kids primary program. The kids did a great job singing. At the doctors the kids were SOO good, we could not have asked them to be any better. Her doctor was soo sympathetic I was impressed. We got the kids a treat for being so good. Ice creamed was loved but might not of been the best choose. My kids discovered the fun of under Sierra bed (she has my parents old bed) I remember as a kid how fun that was. I love seeing my kids do the same things I did. As we left we took Katana to school. Wow, her school is like Fort Knox. There is a camera door bell to get into the school. Then the office has bars. CRAZY what we have to do to keep our kids save. I took the car up to Sierra's and I am not sure why I have not done that more. It was really nice having the kids close. I could help them get things soo much easier.
My kids had their primary Program.We had to practice Colvin being loud and Denali slowing down. The whole church heard Colvin and Denali was like a robot. I could not be more proud.

Denali: I want to be resurrected so I can smell flowers with my family
* It was lunch time before I opened up my phone and remembered it was 9-11. It is a day that we should not forget. I had to show Colvin some Video and yes I cried.
*I found the secret of enjoying my kids and not just going through the motions of being. Sleep and if you have kids that does not happen, the next best thing is Caffeine. Now I don't want hid from my kids, all the time.
*Another thing is Sid came to live with us. We will see how that goes.
